Business Plan Designer


**Contract for Business Plan Design Services**

This Contract ("Contract") is entered into on this   ("Effective Date"), by and between:

**Flyy Credit Solutions LLC**

Tinley Park, IL 60477
(Hereinafter referred to as the "Client")

and

**Eleos Financial LLC**
102 Elmhurst Circle Unit C
Monroe, LA 71203
(Hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor")

Collectively referred to as the "Parties."

**1. Engagement of Services**

The Client hereby engages the Contractor to provide business plan design services as described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Services").

**2. Compensation**

In consideration for the Services provided by the Contractor, the Client agrees to pay a flat fee of $1000 per completed design. Client also agrees to pay $300 for designs where contractor is provided design information from client. Payment shall be made through Zelle to the Contractor's designated email address: dwillis@eleosfinancial.com. Payment shall be due within 1 day of the completion and submission of each business plan design.

**3. Deliverables and Timeline**

The Contractor agrees to provide the Client with the completed business plan design in accordance with the timeline specified in Exhibit A.

**4. Ownership and Rights**

Upon receipt of payment, the Client shall have full ownership and rights to the completed business plan design. The Contractor retains no rights to use, distribute, or reproduce the design for any other purposes. Client agrees to not reuse or duplicate contractors work. If client is found to breach this agreement a $2000 fee for every duplication will apply.

**5. Confidentiality**

Both Parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during the course of this engagement, including but not limited to business plans, financial data, and proprietary information.

**6. Termination**

Either Party may terminate this Contract with written notice to the other Party if a material breach of any provision of this Contract occurs and is not cured within 15 days of written notice. In the event that the contract is breached by either party, contractor is allotted time to finish any pending projects and be fully compensated for those projects.

**7. Governing Law**

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

**Exhibit A: Services and Timeline**

The duties of a business plan designer involve creating comprehensive and visually appealing business plans that effectively communicate a company's vision, goals, strategies, and financial projections. Here's a list of key duties expected:

  1. Understanding Client Needs: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, industry, target audience, and unique value propositions that need to be included in the business plan.

  2. Market Research: Conduct market research to gather relevant data, industry trends, competitor analysis, and market opportunities to support the business plan's strategies and projections.

  3. Strategic Planning: Develop a clear and concise outline of the business plan, outlining sections such as executive summary, company description, market analysis, organizational structure, products/services, marketing and sales strategies, operational plan, financial projections, and more.

  4. Content Creation: Write and structure the content of the business plan, using a professional and persuasive tone. Clearly explain the company's mission, vision, and objectives, as well as its unique selling points and competitive advantages.

  5. Financial Projections: Work with financial data to create realistic and well-supported financial projections, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure that the financial data aligns with the overall narrative of the business plan.

  6. Design and Layout: Use graphic design software to create visually appealing layouts for the business plan. Incorporate images, charts, graphs, and other visual elements to enhance readability and understanding.

  7. Formatting and Branding: Ensure that the business plan maintains a consistent branding and formatting style throughout, reflecting the client's brand identity and maintaining a professional appearance.

  8. Review and Revisions: Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to the business plan. Ensure that all components are accurate, well-written, and meet the client's expectations.

  9. Presentation Support: Assist clients in preparing to present the business plan to potential investors, lenders, stakeholders, or partners. Provide guidance on presenting key points effectively.

  10. Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients to address any questions, concerns, or updates related to the business plan design process.

  11. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of the client's sensitive business information and proprietary data throughout the engagement.

  12. Deadline Management: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver the final business plan within the agreed-upon timeframe.

  13. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices in business plan design and content creation.

By signing below, both Parties acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Contract.

**8. Entire Agreement**

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Contract as of the Effective Date.
