Flyy Credit University Premium Membership Agreement


This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of by and between Flyy Credit University ("Flyy Credit" or "We") and you, the individual enrolling ("You" or "Member").

  1. Services

Flyy Credit provides a comprehensive educational program designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools to improve your personal and business credit, manage your finances effectively, and achieve your financial goals. Your membership includes:

  • Lifetime Access to Courses: Unlimited access to your courses covering personal and business credit, budgeting, and debt payoff strategies.
  • Weekly Group Coaching Calls: Participation in our live, weekly group coaching calls led by credit and finance experts.
  • 6-12 Months of one-on-one assistance from one of our credit specialists.
  1. Access and Termination
  • Your membership grants you non-transferable access to the Programs for as long as your membership remains active and in good standing.
  • Your access to the Services will be terminated immediately upon any of the following events:
    • Declined payment for any fees associated with your membership.
    • Initiation of a chargeback for membership fees (Section 4).
    • Violation of any terms of this Agreement.
  1. Payment
  • You agree to pay the membership fee as outlined at the time of enrollment.
  • You have the option to pay the full amount upfront or choose a payment plan (if offered).
  • If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make timely payments according to the selected schedule. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for each payment.
  1. No Refunds and No Chargebacks
  • Due to the nature of the digital content and immediate access granted upon enrollment, Flyy Credit has a strict no-refund policy.
  • You agree not to initiate a chargeback for your membership fees. Initiating a chargeback is a violation of this Agreement and will be considered a withdrawal of your payment authorization.
  1. Legal Action for Chargebacks
  • A chargeback initiated in violation of Section 4 will be considered a breach of this Agreement and may force us to take legal action to recover the disputed funds and any associated fees.
  • This legal action may include, but is not limited to, filing a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction to recover the disputed amount, court costs, and attorney's fees.
  1. Disclaimer and Warranties
  • The information and strategies provided by Flyy Credit are for educational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. We recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor before making any significant financial decisions.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of using our program. Your success depends on your individual effort and financial situation.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content and materials provided by Flyy Credit, including courses, coaching calls, and resources, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any of the course materials without our express written permission.
  1. Entire Agreement
  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Flyy Credit regarding your membership and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • We encourage you to contact us directly with any questions or concerns regarding your membership. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably.
  • However, in the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (http://www.adr.org/). The arbitration shall be conducted in Dallas,TX and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
  1. Severability
  • If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  1. Amendments
  • We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the amended terms are posted constitutes your agreement to the amended Agreement.

By enrolling and accessing our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
