Funding Audit Terms and Conditions

This Funding Audit Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of by and between , an Illinois LLC, with its principal place of business at 15941 Harlem Ave, Tinley Park, IL 60477 (the “Coach”) and (the “Member”).

1. Services.

1.1 The Coach agrees to conduct a one-hour Zoom call with the Member to audit the Member’s personal credit and business finances.

1.2 The purpose of the audit is to assess the Member’s eligibility for funding.

1.3 The Coach does not guarantee funding eligibility or any specific outcome as a result of the audit.

2. Member Responsibilities.

2.1 The Member agrees to arrive at the scheduled Zoom call on time. A grace period of five (5) minutes is allowed.

2.2 The Member agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the audit.

3. No-Show Policy.

3.1 Members who fail to attend their scheduled Zoom call without providing at least hours’ notice will be considered a no-show.

3.2 No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

4. No Refund Policy.

4.1 All fees for the funding audit are non-refundable.

5. Confidentiality.

5.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the audit.

6. Disclaimer.

6.1 The Coach provides the audit services on an “as is” basis without any warranties, express or implied.

6.2 The Coach shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the audit or the use of the information provided.

7. Entire Agreement.

7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
