Sales Contractor Agreement

This Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of signature below, by and between Flyy Credit Solutions LLC ("Company"), and [Alexis Jones] ("Contractor").

WHEREAS, Company is engaged in the business of providing credit education products and services; and

WHEREAS, Contractor desires to provide services to Company as an independent contractor.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

Services. Contractor agrees to sell credit education products and services on behalf of Company for 30 hours per week, at a rate of $12.00 per hour, with a commission rate of 10%. Contractor shall make a minimum of 30 calls daily and achieve a monthly sales quote of $5000.
Time Tracking. Contractor agrees to track their hours worked using Company's time tracking system. Any discrepancies shall be immediately reported to Company.
Time Off. Contractor shall provide two weeks' notice for any time off requests. Any unscheduled absences may result in termination of this Agreement.
Payment. Contractor shall be paid via e-check or electronic payment on a weekly basis for services rendered during the previous week.
Independent Contractor. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of Company. Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other expenses associated with their work.
Confidentiality. Contractor shall maintain the confidentiality of Company's business practices and information, and shall not disclose such information to any third party.
Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
