Card #5: Capital One® QuicksilverOne® Cash Rewards Credit Card

Capital One® QuicksilverOne® offers great rewards to people with no credit. It gives 1.5% cash back on all purchases, which is generous for a beginning credit card. 

QuicksilverOne charges a $39 annual fee, but you can make up for this if you charge at least $2,600 per year to your card. This card has a 26.99% variable APR.
